We founded Abiya LX with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns on our lashes, therefore no refunds will be issued. 

However, returns are accepted on our jewellery products within 10 days of delivery, provided that we receive our products back in the original packaging and unused. We do not pay for return postage and after careful inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund back to you.
